We welcome you and your partner to join us from February 25 - 28, 2027. Share with us how finding your own path in recovery requires a lot of self care, it is an act of survival.

You also have the opportunity to register and join us for a pre-conference men's or women's retreat, beginning on February 25th in the afternoon. With stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort in Palm Springs is the perfect location to join us in learning, experiencing growth, and having fun.

Scholarships

Thanks to the generosity of donations from those who have attended our past meetings, there are funds to provide a small number of complimentary registrations to persons who are doctoral level health care professionals in recovery or struggling with addiction. The scholarship applies only to the meeting's registration fee and not to travel or hotel accommodations. Preference is given to those who have not attended before.

To request consideration, send an email before January 8, 2027, giving background information about your current situation, as well as a statement about why there is a need for a scholarship. Include your full name, degree, full mailing address, and phone number where we can contact you for a brief conversation. Send the email to [email protected].

Special Rate for Special Circumstances

Have you, in the past, attended as part of a couple with your spouse/partner and your circumstances have changed? You can now attend as an individual by requesting the spouse/partner rate. To make that request, send an email to [email protected] giving your full name and phone number where we can contact you for a brief conversation.

Donations

Along with your registration, you can include a tax deductible donation to support scholarships of Western Doctors in Recovery with your payment. Western Doctors in Recovery is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation with employer ID # 83-4019809. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Registration Changes and Cancellations

Refunds

Until February 12, 2027: 100% refund, minus $75 processing fee.

After February 12, 2027: No Refund

Fees

Early bird registration fees will be in place until January 6, 2027. After that date, regular registration rates will be in effect. The price will also increase when you register on-site.

Refunds

Cancellations and requests for refunds will be honored until February 12, 2027, 100% refunds less a $75 fee, will be made if requested, or the amount paid may be transferred to a future meeting (2028 or 2029) or transfered to a tax-deductible donation to Western Doctors in Recovery (a 501C-3 nonprofit corporation). For the donation, a letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you for your tax records.

Dinner Ticket for a Guest

Your registration fee includes dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings for those individuals who are registered for the conference. If you have other guests who would like to attend dinner(s), additional dinner tickets must be purchased during the registration process. Tickets to dinner will be part of your on-site registration packet. Dinner tickets will be collected at the door, for each banquet.
